I began working with Frank in the fall of 2009. At that time, I was going through a divorce, that was due to be finalized in January 2010.
When we met, I wasn’t quite ready to purchase property, but I wanted to see what was available in the market.
Frank understood my situation and even though I wasn’t in a position to purchase property at that time, he was still very attentive to me. We discussed options, houses vs. condos. He provided me with listings and we visited properties. We always proceeded forward at my pace. That was an important factor with me. I do not appreciate pushy sales people. Frank was very patient with me. It wasn’t about finding any place; it was about finding the “right” place, for me to call home.
Then, when we did find that perfect place, things really began to happen; price negotiations, contracts to be signed, inspections, applications, appraisals, all that fun stuff that needs to happen when you by a property. So much could go wrong during this time and you really need to feel secure that your Agent knows what needs to be done to keep the ball rolling and get you through the process. I was not disappointed. Frank was great!! We sailed through the whole process without any bumps in the road.
I absolutely love my home, and I don’t really see myself moving. However, a very good friend of mine always says, “Life can turn on a dime”. So, should something occur in my life where I may want to sell my home, I would most definetly want to place my home in the trusted hands of Mr. Frank Bill. I trust his knowledge, experience and expertise!
